Credit Counseling Certificate – Needed to file bankruptcy.
Debtor Education Certificate – Needed to get discharge.

Problem areas:
1. Too much equity in the house (Illinois allows $15,000.00 per person and $30,000.00 for husband and wife).
2. Too much income to qualify (Means Test).
