Rock Island, Henry and Mercer Counties are in the Central District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court.

Whiteside County is in the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court.

Problem areas:
1. Too much equity in the house (Illinois allows $50,000.00 per person and $100,000.00 for husband and wife).
2. Too much income to qualify (Means Test).
